They might implement either a reset button or a special key combination that will always reboot the device. Not sure if the newer HTC's have it but on my old HTC Desire I could hold down a couple buttons and it would always reboot.

ya battery isnt a deal breaker but the lack of a microSD slot is. any savvy android user knows how important that external drive is. definitely waiting for the s3 now especially with the announcement of the exynos quad 1.4ghz.

samsungs claims that its double the speed over the current one with 20percent power savings. if its even half of what samsung claims, it would be totally worth it over the one x.

not to mention all the user support with roms and kernels. look at the xda page for the s2 compared to another one of its counterparts.

what screen protectors are u guys using? I am thinking of gettin an one x but the screen edges are curved and the spg protectors are cut smaller to fit properly

!MiKrofT 05-05-2012 10:30 AM

For anything that has a curved screen/edge you'll need to go wet apply.

terkan 05-06-2012 12:27 AM

invisible shield is fine for the round edge, but if u don't like the orange peel, go with skinomi, i got a spg and they are suppose to send me another one ~~

Oh god. Good thing that doesn't happen to my Note's cheap white plastic :D

Recon604 05-14-2012 03:26 PM

damnit I was excited to get the HTC One X today, but rogers does not carry the black models yet... I guess I have to wait :okay:

StylinRed 05-14-2012 04:22 PM

i still prefer the white one even with the chance of staining

Recon604 05-14-2012 05:34 PM

rogers better get the black one, white is too girly. I only chose htc one x over the s3 bcz of the design and colour (black).

Teh Doucher 05-14-2012 07:37 PM

Is this phone going to be available for wind/mobi?

Psykopathik 05-15-2012 09:15 AM

beware, the white model gets discolored by bluejeans easily...

exactly, the white model gets dirty easily due to it not having the high gloss back.

AT&T just released the HTC One X in both White and Black 16GB, and both are sold out online. Why cant Rogers also offer the same options?

For those who are interested in the black model, Please show your interest by emailing Rogers @ wireless.inq@rci.rogers.com

terkan 05-15-2012 09:16 PM

honestly i have no issue with the white one.. i had it for a month now and i haven't gotten 1 stain on it yet, i mean.. all you need is a case and all problems are solved.. like nowadays how many ppl go around without a phone case of some sort?

StylinRed 05-15-2012 09:35 PM

wth uses a phone case? :fulloffuck:

OneX and Evo4G "indefinitely delayed" @ US Customs because of Apple

Teh Doucher 05-24-2012 10:12 PM

So I finally played with one of these phones at best buy today and honestly the screen is :sweetjesus: . I'm starting to think that I prefer the sense ui more than the touch wiz on the samsung galaxy line.. gonna be hard to choose between this and the s3.

TOS'd 05-28-2012 04:50 PM

What are some cases you guys are using?

VV84 05-29-2012 11:24 PM

I was using one of these phones today (tegra 3 version) and I was blown away by its all around amazingness in comparison to my note. I'm thinking of getting one but I just don't know if I can "downgrade" to it's screen size now that I'm used to the note *ponders*

Recon604 06-01-2012 08:59 AM

got my HOX couple days ago, its the international version tegra 3 processor.
