Go back like 20 pages there was already a discussion about Evander Kane and how he can NEVER play here based purely on personality conflicts with many current Canucks. Plus he's an asshole.

During the last lockout is when I got into Formula 1... needed something to replace it, but now I'm not sure...

Just didn't work for me.
If there's no Vancouver involved,
Hard for me to care enough to follow it over a long period of time.
Actually, no canucks means I'm not watching any sports.

I've always found it sad in a way that when people can't enjoy watching other teams if "their" team isn't playing. I'm personally a hockey fan and yes it's not as exciting watching other teams but I enjoy good hockey and I don't stress about what's going to happen in the game. I just want big hits, quick play and great goals.

Watched the Canada-Russia Challenge since most of those kids are going to have great NHL careers. I don't see myself watching the dub or other minor leagues. I'll likely watch NFL, some CFL and start Breaking Bad from season 1 if the NHL doesn't start.

I always lol @ ppl who say they watch giants/dub hockey because "they aren't professionals, they try harder"
I went to a giants game last year and litterally loled at the level of hockey being played

Landeskog takes over from Milan Hejduk who relinquished his role. Hejduk will remain an assistant captain this upcoming season along with Paul Stastny.
Landeskog becomes just the fourth captain in Colorado Avalanche history, joining Joe Sakic, Adam Foote and Hejduk.
Landeskog won the 2012 Calder Memorial Trophy as the NHL's rookie of the year, after scoring 22 goals and posting 30 assists in 82 games.
He was the second overall pick in the 2011 Entry Draft.

Obviously speculating here, but this could signal Duchene not extending past 2014-15 and testing free agency as a RFA. Sacco and him seem to have different mind sets on how he should play. Sacco wants more of a two way game and defense first.

Luongo making comments to TSN for the first time that his trade preference, of course, would be to return to the Florida Panthers.
I think that the Canucks' trade leverage with Florida just went down a couple notches now that everyone knows Luongo wants to go back to the Sunshine state.  Luongo says a return to Florida 'makes sense'
