while i agree that AV is likely going to be let go this year and thankfully, does anyone else think MG should shoulder some of the blame too? if so, enough for him to get let go too?
just looking at his string of moves since the 2011 cup run, i cannot say that he has done what is needed to put this team over the top or at least keep us competitive.

Of course GMMG should shoulder some blame. He's done very little to improve the team over the past 2 seasons, I wouldn't be overly sad to see him gone. A retooling from the top down would be nice to see.

After the 2011 run and last year's first round knock out. MG learned a little bit from it; acquire some size which he did. However, AV did not learn shit from them. Trusting his own instincts of using retarded players(Rome, Alberts, Ebbett), instead of using Ballard, CoHo, Schroeder.
AV better be gone after this, total bullshit if they decided to keep him.

New players are needed to steer this team to be a legit Cup contender.
