I just got mine from work today and I'm loving it.
App-wise, go look around the app store. Everyone has different likes ,for example I can't be bothered to play games on it though shadowgun is amazing on my friend's nexus.
Thanks for the coupon for the case, I will probably order that one as well.

Anyone have a 10" tablet too? debating between tf300 and n7.. I don't know if size will be an issue for me.
The gf will be using it for school (mainly as a textbook supplement/replacement)

it's all in the size you're comfortable with. I have the TF201 and it's ok. I might pickup the N7 anyways though.

I like the size of the nexus 7 compared to transformer or an iPad. I find myself using it a lot more instead of a 10" tablet.
If you guys like comics I'd really recommend using ComicRack its a really great reader. Also the Marvel app isn't too bad either.
