We can make a couple ranked teams to include everyone, we already got enough 30's to create 2 teams.
It would be much better if we know who can specialize in which roles so each of the RS teams are balanced out (at least one person for each role)

If you're gonna solo queue in ranked, look up your team at League of Legends Statistics - lolking.net to see if they're trash or not. Better to wait 30minutes than lose elo lol

well... i already knew i was bad at the game, but started 0/6 in my recent game. got better and helped with some kills to 7/8/15 lol. anyone wanna give me pointers? still learning the game =p
