He didn't change anything. still that biatch, or even more. He will pay what he did.
I am thinking to arrange a WoFung RS meet. We need 40 cars, and we just order one lemonade Ice tea per person from Wo Fung and chat in the parking lot. We keep all the receipt from Wo Fung. Let's see.

If that's the case with the DPS ticket issuer, then that attendant has some serious personal probity issues. Fraudulent and deceptive ticketing would be akin to physically stealing from someone.
