been receiving this phone call for the past 7 months
Voice message calls home phone and says " We have a great business opportunity for you please stay on the line"
My dad picks up the call again and again then comes to me and ask who called.. ( my dad doesn't know any english) and i told him not to pick up the call if he sees 778 330 2270 but he still does.. =.=
I'm worried is some kind of scam tracking device and will get a hold of my home address.
what to do?
edit: 2 of my friend receives this call all the time too =/ and they owe no debt...

i called all my CC and icbc 2 weeks ago.. and i owe nothing =/ only house mortgage.

If you use shaw home phone, dial *60 and following the prompt to block this number.

Yea back in high school, I got buddies' families who all have their own cell phones and didn't bother with home phones anymore. That was 5 years ago already

Don't worry. If you don't do something fucking retarded like give them your bank account #, its pretty unlikely for it to be an issue. Call them and tell them to fuck off if you are really worried. I was getting 2 calls a week from a collections agency for a while looking for the woman who had my number before I did.  |
