Just checked, 12.2 kms away, new one in Willowbrook, Langley. With an HMart there too!
Dang, that might be too close to a T&T and Asians start populating Fort Langley soon.

Wikipedia only has 2021 data (waiting on the next census) which doesn't back that up directly though but I suppose having an H-Mart there (when not even East Van has one) is good evidence.
