Uh... is it common for people to bathe in the laundry room?? Why is there a tub?!

whitev70r 03-12-2026 09:17 PM

^that way, you can strip, take your bath, and throw your dirty clothes into the washing machine all in one swoop.

You know how I know your rich? You haven't had enough experience with stacked laundry behind the washroom door of an apartment.
Tub in that house because the ceiling height is not enough for a standing shower :awwyeah:

i'm ashmed to say that it's VERY COMMON not cause it's guangdong but a) when u have 2 kids and THEN you gotta deal with aging parents.

you'll be surprised how many 70 - 90 yr old pee and poop and refuses to go to a care home. I haven't seen it in the brown culture / homes though, but given richmond, it's not common here.

That's already considered cleaned up but yeah....

but regarding that knight street - 9 beds 8 baths 3,325 sqft 2.65 M wow

JDMDreams 03-13-2026 09:00 AM

Stupid white people, fafo, China hobz, troll face will be poor hobz and poor face

Appraisers say land claim in Richmond could be reducing property values as much as 30 to 40 per cent
Appraisers detail how the uncertainty of the security of tenure over private property is causing buyers to back out and impacting appraisal values

How dare you. I'm as poor as the rest of you, probably poorer!!

In my last house, I actually did have washer/dryer in the bathroom. The reason was the laundry was originally in the attached garage (typical in older build NorCal houses), and the previous owners built a bathroom in the garage, around that.

Loved it. Was stepping out of the shower into fresh warm towels and underwear. Ultimate luxury!!

I'd hate to be your parent! Just because I can piss and shit, you want to send me to a care home due to my age?!

whitev70r 03-13-2026 12:41 PM

^ I'm going to assume he meant 'cannot' pee and poop (typo) ... doesn't quite make sense if you can pee and poop why you need to send to care home.

There could be a possibility that they are able to but not properly, creating an unsanitary environment as well.

whitev70r 03-13-2026 03:36 PM

Is that why old people have this funky nasty smell?

bcrdukes 03-13-2026 04:44 PM

You'll have to ask Badhobz.

Badhobz 03-13-2026 07:10 PM

Buying or living on native owned leasehold property has to be one of the dumbest financial decisions a person could make in their life. All those $1.4M homes in Tsawwassen near the mall people are nuts for buying them.

Badhobz 03-14-2026 08:10 AM

ummm so this comox thing is impacting the girl at my gym directly. Her mom is one of these trailer park residents.

Now she's pretty screwed, her mom has no real money, her trailer isn't worth shit, and she's forced to go live with a friend in the meantime.

The girl at the gym is thinking about moving back to Comox and buying a bigger house, so her mom can live downstairs, but i got a feeling this won't go through, as you pretty much have to uproot your entire life.

You can help solve her problem by buying the house for her. :awwyeah:

JDMDreams 03-14-2026 09:02 AM

How does that make any sense?!

She'd move back there and lose her job, so now they're gonna both sink.

Why not move her mom to live with her in Vancouver if anything?!

The double whammy of Subaru + EV has awakened depths of cheapness we could've never foreseen in Hobz. How long until he starts to holds his breath while he drives, so he can burn fewer calories and spend less on food??
