i've rented to a few international learning english and a couple doing masters programs, they all seemed like hard working folks with the hustle... only 1 was a slacker but still paid the rent, just didn't stay long term.
other than the 1 slacker, i think it's b/c the $ being spend on said education, no f'ing around - serious bidness...

After enough phone calls to the police, he was finally evicted by the wife, (or so the police said).

I told her that I was concerned for her life, and that she is the only one, that can get herself out of this bad position.
If you (she) needs help, come talk to me when the husband is out, if you need a witness, or any form of help, knock on my door, whatever. There's help centers, anonymous phone lines, options are there, only you (she) can improve your quality of life.
The police can't do ANYTHING, unless she steps up, and says something. The extra care from a few words might give her the confidence she needs, to speak up.

Yes. The one star reviews will get removed because they have nothing to do with his realty service. I hope charges are pressed and justice is served because that is a despicable act and could have permanently disfigured or killed the victim.

The 1 star reviews will get removed eventually. I'm not sure if those are automated or someone personally reviews them. Because some people are also leaving 2 star reviews instead (trying to beat the system if it's automated, lol).
The guy apparently has a history of these kind of on ice antics, other players around the league has spoken up. His penalty to games played ratio is relatively high. He's basically a beer league goon. He's still yapping off and shows no remorse.
Unfortunately, his parent's hard work ethic and wealth has produced a privileged spoiled brat.
