There is a similar house in east van near trout lake but I can’t remember if that’s a new one or not.

If you’re unsure whether it’s a BG build or not, the low voltage system is always a good indicator. As with this house you see the “smart panel” in the middle of a fucking wall behind that large metal panel however for a 3 year old home this is like the worst type of low voltage system you could install with the least amount of work possible. It’s the case of having your drywaller pull all your data cables.

No fiber, no power, unterminated ends, no rhyme or reason as to where jacks are located. Etc.

BG homes like this seemingly never have a functionality walk through before drywall so people move in and are like where the fuck am I suppose to put a TV etc. because none of the outlet or data jack locations make any sense
