i got 2 chihuahua's. 2!!! CHIHUAHUA's. they dont bork like that. If they do misbehave, and they sometimes do, then they get the BADHOBZ school of doggie discipline (kisses and snuggles) until they SHUT THE FUCK UP. :ilied:

I’m surprised you can legally do what’s going on in the back there. I’m assuming that staircase up blocks any reasonable sized vehicle from using the garage?

Word, I've always had dogs and never had one bark longer than 60 seconds without me bringing it inside or shutting it up.

Realistically, if the buddy guy built duplex with the psychedelic washroom had a plain interior, is it more sensible to buy the buddy guy duplex or this detached corridor home?

In terms of floor area, the 2 places are actually pretty close, although it looks like the corridor home is a bit narrower but longer. Pricing is pretty similar between the two as well.

id prob take the duplex if it means my side of the house is even 5' wider.

at least when you're in a duplex it doesnt feel like a tiny house at all, it just feels like a regular house.

Both horrible choices. I don’t know what id take to be honest. Probably just a townhouse instead…or an older home with proper frontage

Well yea for 1.8 fuck

Like 2 years ago by new Brighton there was a decent detached home that had an 1200 sq fr main floor, a 2 bed 2 bath basement suite, and a brand new laneway house. In rental income it generated like 4500-5000 a month and it was for sale for 1.8 and at the time I thought THAT was crazy lol..
