Try plugging it into your computer or google search a hard reset? Or give go pro a call, they'll help you.

Anyone ever have problems with updating their Hero 4 Silver? Turned on my brand new camera and attempted to update it with my phone. Everything was going fine until the camera starts flashing red lights, shows "camera updating" on the screen, turns off, and then repeats over again. worth mentioning to use a memory card supported by the gopro
i tried using a 200gb and after the update it'd kept freezing
