Where'd you get the grip/trigger/handle thing for the spray can? I've been looking for one with no success. |
^Try Homedepot on 200 St. I got mine at Homedepot in Richmond. |

The trigger got a clamp to hold the can very tight. The dip can will not move at all http://assets.farmandfleet.com/p600/...-spray-gun.jpg |

I'm in the middle of spraying some parts from my ruckus. I'll post up some pics later, but I am really liking the white! Posted via RS Mobile |
Drove by that blue civic yesterday, looked good from where I was Posted via RS Mobile |
Anyone down to group buy on DYC to save some shipping? :alone: |
I'm contemplating trying my rims in white, seen a few videos where they clean up okay. Not sure if it would work with my silver Jetta or not. Opinions? http://i459.photobucket.com/albums/q...ps4da5b37c.jpg |
Silver and white doesn't look good imo... :okay: |
any one done it on 2pc./3pc. wheels? I want to do my rays in white but feel it might look like horseshit around the bolts. |
i may be still deciding on the colour for my wheels matte black is off the list because too plain considering anthracite and vintage gold for my silver car vintage gold may or may not look good on silver  |
I'm interested in the group buy. Still trying to decide on a colour as well. |
When you guys say matte black, is that like Satin black (with semi gloss-like look), or flat black? |
im also interested in a group buy..probably for vintage gold with gloss on my black car |
How much would each can end up costing if we did a group buy? I'm Looking for matte black though. Posted via RS Mobile |
Okay turns out we don't save that much money because shipping is calculated by weight. 10 regular cans + shipping = $85.90 = $8.59/can 30 regular cans + shipping = $245.52 = $8.18/can What you do save is time from going to point Roberts and cost at the place you're shipping to. I don't think I would want to pick up anything over $150 because of taxes. Usually they're pretty lenient <$200 Posted via RS Mobile |
Also interested in group |
/\/\ FYI you can get all/most color of plasti dip @ homedepot in bellingham They stock only black but you can order through there website and ship to the store for the other colors/gloss/metalyzer etc etc. and at LOWES (also in bellingham) they have hundreds of stock in black and white plasti dip Ive recently ordered 6 red plasti dip for 35$ just waiting for the order to arrive:fullofwin: but anyway here's my white plasti dip on my wheels http://i1178.photobucket.com/albums/...754713FF23.jpg gets super dirty fast.lol |

I want to paint my wheels the metallic anthracite colour https://www.dipyourcar.com/product.p...&cat=39&page=1 Do I really need 4 cans? And I'd be interested in the group buy as well, unless someone has these they want to sell me |
The blazing orange is starting to grow on me lol...... Makes me want a orange popsicle yum Posted via RS Mobile |
for just a set of wheels typically 2-3 cans is more than enough. |
