It does seem like having the order date change on the Play Store means that your order is about to be processed and a shipping notice is expected soon. At least that's what I've noticed from other forums.
From what I've read, people with estimates as late as 7-8 weeks have had their date changed. I'm 5-6 with a new order date but no changes to Google Wallet.

For everyone who gets the phone. Be sure to download fauxclock and adjust the gamma settings. There are messed up on the phone and colors are extremely washed out

You can pick it up directly without any deliveries. The workers at UPS will put it aside when they scan it in so you can pick it up ASAP. Like I said earlier, you can set your shipping address to UPS at Ferguson Road and you'll be able to pick it up there.

so, i've been home all day and decided to check my tracking just to see if it was out for delivery or not (not sure if they even update the status for that) and to my surprise, i find that it was "delivered" half an hour ago....

UPS just delivered it to me and WHAT THE FUCK?!
The fat bloke just left my Nexus 4 on my front door, didn't even bother ringing the door bell and asking for a signature.
Good thing I was camping my front door since this morning at 11, so I heard his footsteps and went to look. I saw him walking back to his UPS truck. I opened the door and it was just sitting on the floor.
Some faggot teenager could've potentially stolen my phone!
