I got my model today that I bought through that buysmartjapan website and it was really well packed! Ended up paying basically half what they're going for on eBay... Overall they did leave me hanging wondering what was going on for about a week but it was a great success in the end!

just bought this one. It's 1/43 by HPI. Now just have to wait for a month
Anyone has Autoart's 1/43 Mclaren F1 with all openable parts? How's the quality? Is it worth the price? I know their Aventador is not all that great for the money and that F1 is not cheap at all

Found in an antique store on the Big Island Hawaii...... Attachment 27000
"lead slush" method die cast from the late 1930s.
There were about 5 major makers in the US.

i dropped by burnaby hobbies today, and discovered that the place had been robbed . someone drove a trunk through the front of the store to gain access. now it has concrete barricades in the front and everything is boarded up with plywood with a temporary door while the building owner and insurance company fight it out, which is taking forever and is hurting business because at first glance the place looks like it's out of business from the outside...
anyway, i went to buy some decal sheets, but came out with this instead . i wasn't planning on getting one, but it just sort of happened... i've always wanted one, but they are all sold out from GMP, and ebay prices are all over the place
also just arrived from germany...
Autoart E28 M5 finally found. Discontinued for a very long time. Even had the original box but it's badly yellowed with age and the glue is falling apart. Lightly modified by TK-Diecast https://www.facebook.com/TK.Diecast/...r_rs&pnref=lhc . Lowered on 16" Alpina rims with a polished alloy lip. Photoetched brake discs.
Black one is for sale. Resin from Ottomobile. Brand new with box no mileage never raced
