I've been curious about this too. They kinda did with the JGTC sealed bodyshell line featuring the 02+ headlights though granted they are widebody... so it would be pretty easy for them to do one up between the current one already being tooled and other parts from the JGTC one having been tooled as well.

I would like to see them do an 02+ of the Type-R GT with the roof scoop...

nothing has been announced but I think it's a safe bet given how many NSX they have in their catalogue

you are right i forgot about the jgtc series they had... but weren't those sealed-body models? ie. no opening doors etc?

anyone own a F40 in 1/18? Any companies make half decent one besides Kyo? The Kyosho is based on a pre-production model...and the street version sold out ages ago. I know Exoto was planning to relase the F40 LM many years ago but it never materialized..not like I can afford it anyways

dared3vil0 02-04-2014 08:18 PM

:fuuuuu:

Finally found a perfect replica 1/18 hotwheels Mustang at Toys R Us today, i left the bag with it sitting on my trunk and as i go to back out of parking spot, CRUNNNNCH. :alone::QQ:

EDIT: Are hotwheels 1/18 or 1/32? anyway, doesn't matter anymore lmao.

your best bet would be hotwheel elite? Hot wheel got exclusive license from Ferrari so all other company need Hotwheels approval to make any Ferrari model. only reason Kyosho, Exoto and BBR got sub license from them is because they marketing at a different price point.

sweetcivic 02-05-2014 09:21 AM

Wow, kept these for almost 10 years now and I haven't even opened them yet (still taped).

The Kyosho street version is supposed to be better than HWE's...but holy smokes even the Hot WHeel Elite now fetches for a premium.

I'm in no rush but I guess I'm left with either the Kyosho Light Weight or Light Weight with LM Wing

tofu1413 02-05-2014 10:46 PM

Kyosho F40 lightweight.... :sweetjesus: now that was a sick model.

Mr.Stubbz 02-05-2014 11:29 PM

man, speaking of the f40, i would love to have a proper diecast noble m600. its been my fav car ever since i saw it the very first time on top gear however many years ago it was :tears:
i tried googling it and i dont think anyone has ever made one yet

EndLeSS8 02-06-2014 08:49 AM

I would love a proper model of the Mazda Furai

also, is that a SD justice gundam i see at the lower left side?

thumper 02-06-2014 02:18 PM
