I'm curious now. If he was going southbound, how come it was a CBSA that was shot and not a US border guard?

You never run into CBSA when you're heading into the States.

how hard is it to under stand which way it was going? going north bound you deal with the RCMP which we see in the pictures and heading southbound you deal with Wash state troopers
