Another not so multicultural event(s). Fridays on Front starts July 6th. Went last year and enjoyed it. It's like every other no car day, but whatever. Fridays on Front | Downtown New Westminster BIA |
Edmonds City Fair and Classic Car Show today from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. On Edmonds between Canada Way and Kingsway. |

It has been a while. Freaking pandemic. Anyway, Hats Off Day in Burnaby is back! It sounds like it’s not going to be as big as it once was but I, for one, am looking forward to it. June 18th 10-30 to 3:30. Hastings from Boundary to Gamma. The whole street will be closed. http://hatsoffday.com/news/burnaby-h...tival-is-back/ |
Chinatown Festival this weekend. https://www.vancouverisawesome.com/e...l-2022-5574181 Doesn’t matter if it’s good or bad, I go just to show support. Lots of events happening from this weekend on. |
|
Great, Japan will come show off fireworks here but they have their heads up their asses being one of the only countries in the world still closed for COVID |
^their J-AV industry seems to be up and running without issues  |

Surrey Fusion Festival Weekend. https://www.surreyfusionfestival.ca/ I’ve never been to one. They say it’s the biggest one of its kind. |
For the love of Napoleon Bonerparte, when they said big, they mean it. Parade of nations. So cool. Every country on the planet. No chinar, lol. Taiwan was there, gulolol. |
cele-covid of lights begins at 10pm at english bay |
Caribbean Days this weekend in Coquitlam. Town Center Park, no longer in North Van. |
Powell Street Festival today and tomorrow. Lots to see............ not as much chicks in kimono today, but I think tomorrow might be different. I went for about an hour, looking for some cheap Japanese art. Went opening hour to get best selection. |
Not multicultural related, but Car Free Days are coming up. Frick, I just realized I missed this year's Surrey Fusion Festival. Anyway.................... Commercial Drive Car Free is on Saturday, September 9th. Main Street (my favourite) is on Saturday, September 16th. Denman Street........... whatever............ so gay (pun intended...... if that applies as a pun..........). https://www.carfreevancouver.org |
^ yah those car free days are fun, I remember going to some before Covid and the thought of just walking up and down Main, Commercial ... but man, I went to one last year and I wish I could afford the food at the food trucks! So I just walk up and down now. |
Yeah, food is expensive. I swear, I'm gonna go blind at these events. Women shakin' what the good lord jesus gave 'em. What gets me, is going to night market where some asian women, who the good lord didn't bestow much, wearing those fake things to try and compensate. And not even wearing them properly (gag me with a spoon). |
^^^^ LOLOLOL I'm home next weekend to Vancouver and will see this then. Soooooo much fake. Fake eye eye lashes, fake personality, bolt-ons front and rear. Dang!!! |
Speaking of eye lashes. What really gets me are women who drive around in cars with headlight eye lashes. Like W-T-F? Cars have feelings, man. I wouldn't want my owner to dress me up like that. Way worse than those ridiculous wings people put on their cars. |

There's easy fuck, and then there's I can't get it up, she's so fugly.......... If the driver puts shit on headlights, chances are she's like that big woman on one of those retro television sitcoms tonnes of make up............... and please, RS, don't post images of said woman. My dick will go into hiding for at least a couple of months. What the fuck did I just do? I have photographic memory. It's too late.............. quick, GLOW to the rescue. GLOW, help me out..... |
You mean like Mimi from the Drew Carey Show? Is early 2000s retro now? |
