Operation Rev Nose 2012

What: Revscene is offering a "safe ride home" for it's members who have driven somewhere and have become far too intoxicated to drive. This thread is where you can sign up to be a part of the experience

When: Signups end at the end of November and the program will begin Friday, December 14th

How: You and your partner will drive to where the caller is at. The caller hops in one car and the partner hops in the caller's car. You all drive back to the caller's place and leave their car safely in their driveway while they stumble into their place and sleep it off.

Gas ain't free: We get it. But this is a volunteer gig that keeps drunk drivers off of the street. You'll be doing good work.

I can only help out on one weekend/one weekday/between the hours of 9 and 12: Thats cool. We'll work with your time and geographical limitations. We appreciate your help, no matter how much or how little you can give.

We're going to discuss demarcation when we have all of our volunteers. Right now we're taking everyone we can. We'd rather be overstaffed than understaffed.

alright guys. PM me when you can do it, where you can cover, and if you have a buddy to drive the second car. Hit me back ASAP so I can give MG1 the info and we can go from there.

It looks like a lot of folks are busy this year. Unfortunately this program will not go on in 2013. We will work hard to bring it back in 2014

Edit: I was wrong. 2013 is on!
