I'm not an expert on bipolar disorder but I doubt even someone with said illness would climb up a secured rooftop and drown themselves in a water tank. | and you would know this because how? you have no idea what type of mental state she was in. what mental illnesses, both diagnosed and undiagnosed, she was suffering from. mental illness is one aspect that NO ONE can relate to, unless they themselves suffer from it. And one person suffering from "bi polar" or even "schizophrenia" won't experience the same thing.
We don't know if she attempted suicide or even had the intent to drown. for all we know, she climbed in there, and couldn't get out/trapped.
