Cut avocado into bite size pieces.

Add lemon juice, soy sauce, and a drop of sriracha on each piece.

Fantastic.

Loving all the avocado recipes!

I usually pan-fry a piece of salmon filet, cut avocado into slices and add salt/pepper, use a preferred amount of lettuce/cucumber and add sauce (usually dijon mustard or ranch) and put into a warm tortilla wrap with shredded cheese.

Absolutely love avocados. It's actually a nice alternative to mayo or butter in a sandwich. Has a similar texture and doesn't have much taste, it's a win-win situation, to me at least.

I always mash up an avocado, add some diced red onion, little mayo, lime, salt and pepper, slather it on a piece of toast. I've been eating it this way since I was a little kid.

NEVER thought of mashing an egg into avocado. My mind has just been blown.

I like putting milk, sugar, ice, and avocado in a bowl and eating it like that. Kind of like a dessert.

Avocado is almost as essential as oxygen and water. Eating avocado can make you senile-resistant. Yes, Avocado is a fruit.

Good on burgers.

I read that they're possibly poisonous to cats, but my cat is still alive and likes to lick the skins

They are my nemesis. Elementary school my grade two teacher made me eat half of one, we would get something to eat everyday back in Catholic school in Sask. I tried it didn't like it she said I wasn't leaving till I ate it. I forced it down and no sooner did it come back up all over my desk. I loathe the taste, texture everything.
