Some times I will add a little pepper and lime juice....other times, just plain. I will also make my own dip for tortilla chips (although I can't really eat them as I am allergic to corn).
avocado
lil bit of salt
pepper
cilantro
garlic
SO good.
I also put avocados on my sammiches, wraps, in salads, and on veg burgers.
I will also buy inari pockets....fill them with a little bit of rice and a chunk of avocado. DIp it in a lil soy sauce and it magical. One of my fav dinners
I always have 4-5 avocados sitting in my fridge. I don't understand why people don't eat them more...
I actually don't like avocados, find them rich in a way and I'm not a fan of the texture. When getting sushi I often ask cucumbers instead of avocados since cucumbers are the shit!!

if you mush up hard boiled eggs and avocados and then spread on toast it's delicious. But then the leftovers turn brown. Motherfuckers!! Posted via RS Mobile

Gotta use that citrus to prevent browning! squeeze a lime and buon appetito!
avocados turn brown regardless.. google search showed that putting some lime/lemon juice on it should stop it from happening though

While having anal sex with a girl you proceed to place your testicles inside of her vagina. Your testicles resembling avocados and her vagina is the taco.

Avocado is an Essential Part of a Vaginal Yeast Infection Diet
Spoiler!
Does a diet that includes avocado help vaginal yeast infection patients to improve their medical status and get alleviation? The answer to this question is not so simple. Although no food in itself is considered to be a treatment against yeast infection, some vegetables including avocado are seen to be highly effective in securing the right environment in the intestines to help stop the aggravation of yeast infection of vagina.
The yeast infection of the vagina, which is also known as vaginal candidiasis, is a scourge for millions of women in the world. In the western hemisphere, three out of four of all women will experience infection of the vagina at least once in their life, and up to one in twelve will suffer from chronic infections. The usual symptoms of the vaginal candidiasis include itching and burning which may be intense in the vulva or the vagina, redness or swelling of the vulva, and frequently discharge that is thick and white and looks like cottage cheese.
This medical problem happens when the microbe called candida, usually found in the human body (mostly in the gut and in small and harmless quantities), grows and multiplies out of bounds. When candida grows like this, it gets into the blood via damaged mucous membranes in the intestine, which can result in both systemic and local (including the vaginal) yeast infections.
Several internal and external factors that contribute to the damage of the delicate internal equilibrium that keeps candida in check. They include the damage of the acid-alkaline equilibrium in both the digestive and the circulatory system.
The "acid-alkaline balance" is described by the "pH" level in the human body. A pH of seven is defined as neutral on this scale, which goes from zero to fourteen. A number higher than seven means that the environment is alkaline, where as a number lower means that your internal context is more acidic. Human blood can range from 7.35 to 7.45 and in fact 7.4 is considered the best. Nonetheless, deviations from this normal range can cause severe impact on your health. In this way when the blood has too much acid, the body is more at risk to disease and the ideal context for candida over-multiplication comes about (candida multiplies much quicker in an environment that is acid).
Stress and lack of sleep amongst other things in the western lifestyle, in combination with poor diet plans, increase the acidity of your internal environment. But by switching to a diet that is balanced with alkali, the proper acid and alkaline equilibrium can be recovered. This diet needs to observe two main principles: increased consumption of foods that form alkalis and moderate consumption of foods that form acids.
Examples of foods that form alkalis include avocado, with apricots, almonds, asparagus, lettuce, figs, cabbage, cucumber, carrots, lemon, spinach, soybeans, potatoes, grapefruit, tomatoes, etc. A list of acid forming foods includes cheese, bread, meat, fish, eggs, olives and rice. Note that the foods belonging to the second category should not be eliminated completely but simply combined in the right proportion with the foods that form alkalis.
Bear in mind that as the yeast infection of the vagina is a complex phenomenon, brought on by numerous internal and external aspects, neither avocado nor any other nutrients can replace the treatment of candidiasis. Increasing alkaline foods in your diet is just the first but necessary step of a holistic and comprehensive yeast infection treatment of the vagina.
Did anyone can tell you that there is now a holistic treatment which is all-natural and that can permanently treat and prevent yeast infection of vagina? This program uses healthy diet plans and alterations in lifestyle, a limitation of stress, the intake of supplements that are herbal and homeopathic and cleansing and detoxification. This unique mix of protocols that are anti-candida can reverse and then prevent all kinds of candida infections (including vaginal) rapidly and securely.
This is a little different but if you feel like trying something new, give it a shot.

Raw Avocado Cacao Mousse
serves 4 to 6
4 ripe avocados
1/3 cup raw coconut nectar
1/2 cup raw cacao powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
pinch of salt
fresh fruit and nuts for garnish
In the bowl of a blender or food processor, blend avocado until smooth. Add all other ingredients, blending until mixture is uniform. Chill for about 2 hours in the fridge or half an hour in the freezer. Garnish with fresh fruit or chopped nuts.
Note on the recipe:
If you want to try this recipe, but don't have the raw coconut sweetener or cacao powder on hand (they are specialty type of items I wanted to try), agave, honey and unsweetened cocoa powder are fine-tasting substitutes. The mousse will no longer be strictly raw, but it is still delicious! And it retains the spirit of the dish.
