You need to make an actual bet with that $5 then the freebet promos will show up.

Bet365 has way better same game parlays and a sign-up promo where they match your deposit amount with an equal free bet amount (up to $100).
The same game parlays on PlayNow are basically non-existent, lol.
Just did a six-way same game parlay on the Panthers for tonight. Hopefully it hits.
