TVB is joke now with all the good actors/artist gone. Their show is the same you can just predict what the character do. With poor acting + crappy storyline I hardly watch TVB now.

Shows from China is better. Better acting, background looks better (expect CGI). They are willing to spend more on making the shows better. But story is still crap. There is just too regulations/red tape to come up with a unique storyline.

I finished watching Another Era online "china version" the other day, it only has 34 episodes.

At the same time, I'm watching the "HK version" on Fairchild HD with my family

They are different, they cut out so much more in the china version
and I'm pretty sure the Hk version has 36 Episodes vs. 34 episodes.

That means they cut out an hour and a half worth of shit in the censored china version - lolz

Watch the HK version if you want to see better sex scenes :awwyeah:

noticed that Selena Lee 李施嬅 is in the new season and that's what brought my attention to it.

I tried watching it on the Omni TV website but couldn't find all the episodes on there. So sad

I've watched a couple of episodes in season 1 - its like CSI with CBC actors that speak poor Chinese (I love it)

Anyone else watching Guardian Angel? I think it's one of the better drama series that I've watched in the past year. Very strong cast. Even the kelefes are not bad.

Why not just paid for a streaming service? I did it and it have moves/TV shows/Anime from pretty much any country is is like $15 a month.

so im watching The Defected, as I started it when it was airing last month on TV and then i stopped following...
Anyways, surprised its on Netflix the day it ended on TVB...

^ i finished watching this. it was ok. dragged on the last 2 eposide but meh..
i did like that it was not filmed at the same old TVB set; story line was legit and had some tension. There were a bit more on how people's perosnality, how dark / evil and corrupted people are....

If you're into these, you will want to watch PTU (this is by Viu TV), and then TVB now has its own police drama which is SWAT.
