With all the "environmentalists" crying about this, in reality all we are doing is shipping coal out of province. Sure there's going to be some coal dust, but in reality nobody is going to notice that unless you live right next to the yard.

good, hopefully they've instituted rules demanding the application of topical treatments which mitigate coal dust well above 90% to appease residents
