Double right turn lanes

There are three lanes. Left lane is to turn left, middle lane is straight through and right turn, and right lane is to turn right. Is it legal to turn right from the middle lane when it is a red light?

There is no sign that says do not turn right on red.

I believe yes.

Just be careful, as it's still an unprotected right turn. You're now crossing two oncoming lanes rather than just one.

Thinking about it, it also kinda reminds me Georgia viaduct exit, turning right on to Main St. southbound, except that is two lanes; the left lane is for left turns, right turns and straight thru.
