Thoughts on this one? Biker feels like he gets cut off ... makes some gestures, tries to get the guys plate and speeds away... car follows and cuts him off... Dad takes off... his son, riding with him, follows without knowing what is happening ... car knocks son off his bike...

The car may have initially been at fault but I get the sense that the rider escalated the situation greatly and put those riding with him at risk.

What i'm more interested in is, why are the rev "shift" lights turning on so soon in the rpms?

as for the video, it should have just left off where each of them exchange hand gestures and go on their separate ways, it looks like the civic escalated things and the bikers tried to get away but the civic wouldn't let them go.

He's riding a Daytona 675 and the shift lights are programmable so for whatever reason he or a previous rider set them super.... low...

I haven't seen this yet but most productions completed by Red Bull are very good ... it comes out on Blu-ray here in a couple of weeks and I think it might already be available for digital download. If anybody sees it, please post up some comments here!

Very impressed with the new R3... I'd probably still go RC390 but the R3 looks like a terrific bike, period ... not a terrific "beginners bike" but rather just a terrific bike.

I found this video pretty interesting, it highlights the history of how Japanese motorcycles came to dominance in the world market and also offers a glimpse into the life of Yoshimura during his time developing for Honda and Suzuki. Its amazing how the name Yoshimura is still so common in the world of motorcycling, even though most people don't know how this came to be.
