That should be a fun card
Something about Cody Garbrandt rubs me the wrong way. Maybe it's having all the tattoos at such a young age instead of building a collection?  I dunno it's probably more that they always talk about him growing up fighting. Growing up, I always hated the kids who wanted to fight all the time. I think it's stupid if you're not doing it for sport or money. Where I grew up, practically everywhere you went where teens hung out, there were fights. How is that fun?

Doesn't seem like the brightest guy either...

am in the middle of listening to cody and faber on JRE. you really get to know what a person is like when you listen to them in conversation for 3 hours in a comfortable setting.

Listened to it already and didn't change much for me. Faber does most of the talking. The parts where he was talking about fighting TJ reinfoced my thoughts about him being like what skinny mentioned earlier "high school kid getting into fights over dumb stuff". And ya I get it hes a fighter lol

Yeah those long form JRE interviews reveal quite a bit about fighters. In particular Uncle Creepy came across as even a bigger douche than Garbrandt
Not only did he get into fights, he and his buddies would go around beating people up. And he doesn't talk about it in shame, he actually still thinks it's funny
