I don't disagree, I think Jones at his best beats anyone. He hasn't looked as invisible at he used to in his last couple fights so moving up a weight class and fighting a dude who weighs in at 265 and is murdering guys is a huge step up.
If he pulls it off he's the undisputed GOAT imo, but I also won't be surprised if something comes up that makes this fight not happen.

Would love to see JJones get knocked out cold. Barely beat Reyes. Split decsion with Santos. Got pummelled by Gustafsson in UFC 165 (was a lost in many people's scorecard).

I don't think Francis will be losing the belt anytime soon. That man is a fucking beast. Lean as fuck @ 250lbs, and his cardio has improved very notably.
It's like he got into one of those DBZ hyperbolic chambers, the man looked like a completely new fighter last night. Good grappling and wrestling, excellent takedown defense, FUCKING YIKES.
Woodley needs to retire his ass, it's embarrassing at this point.

IMO they're just building the fight. "Is Jon Jones scared of Ngannou?" is a huge draw, and "acting like he wants more money when really he's trying to duck" is a good gimmick to build on that. Because once the fight is official, tickets are going to go flying, and PPV will be huge.
