Can't think of a better representative for UFC actually
AEW is doing what nobody thought was possible, a true alternative to WWE with many top stars, and they treat their roster with respect (which is how they attracted their most recent signings which were 2 of the biggest stars).
I'd love to see someone take on UFC in the same way

i thought the fights for 266 were pretty good, no real surprises other than how diaz / lawler started off in r1 and the volk / t-city fight was pretty entertaining, r3 with the subs

Diaz looked terrible, time of hang em up for good.
Lawler looked fit man, he's still fighting his same style and hasn't evolved much, but he can still put on some fun fights going forward.
I thought T-city looked good last night, he just went against a total monster. I really liked how he was checking those leg kicks that Volk is so known for, didn't allow him to take over the fight with them. Not a bad loss at all, it was a super close fight, he can feel proud of his performance.
As for Valentina, fuck man, it's time for her to move up in weight class. I'm tired of her running through these weak bitches, none of them have a chance against her. Last night looked like she was beating up some local-level C-League fighter.
She's kind of in a shitty situation, she beats everyone in her weight class easily, Andrade is her closest competition, and she already smoked her this year. If she moves up, she gets beat by Nunes again.
Maybe a Thug Rose right? Maybe a Nunes Pt. 3?
Tough position for her.

Shevchenko needs a real challenge. She hasn't faced any real adversity since Nunes. Literally untouchable in her division. Vs. Tate at 130 would be fun to watch.
No idea how Volkanovski got out of that guillotine. As much as I like Ortega, that fight should've been stopped at the end of the round.
Looking forward to Max vs Yair. Winner gets Volk, loser gets T City?

UFC 267 was pretty entertaining. From the beatdowns and shitty reffing in the prelims, Chimaev picking up Li and telling Dana to get off the phone before slamming him down, Islam dominating Hooker on the ground, Yan being an absolute savage striker and Glover finally seeing his dream come to fruition. Great card.

Would like to see Covington vs. Burns. Not sure why Edwards, Covington, are seen as top contenders and Burns seem to have dropped in the conversation but I think Burns should be right up there.
