Anyone care about the retirement party tonight for Holloway and Poirier, 2 pretty classy guys with really solid careers. Love how Poirier took care of McGregor 2x and basically retired him. Loved loved loved Poirier vs. McGregor 2 when he knocked McGregor out. It is kinda true that if there is no hatred, anger, hostility, trash talking between fighters, it's hard to get into the fight. It feels like a 'showcase' fight, don't know if either will try to go for the KO ... I think Poirier wins by decision.
WOW ... what a finale for Poirier!! Great fight from beginning to finish. Both fighter dropped the other. Holloway wanted the last 10 secs to end like his BMF with Gaethje but both men standing at the end. Fight of the night, easily.
If PPV points no longer apply, how does this result in the fighters getting paid better?
This is just one step closer to Dana's goal of essentially paying the fighters nothing, their payment is "exposure".
In that case let these guys have shorts that look like a NASCAR, covered in brand deals.

crazy i recall watching an interview where he said 2 of his kids he's saving collage tuition for (i think his 1st wife) and saving bail money his others

i only caught the highlight of the finish where it started with a hard calf kick and him limping like he was sean o'malley ... i'm guessing it wasn't a 1 off 'nerve kick' but a series of hard calf kicks that lead to that?
