Good to know. I just installed them (along with Nissin pads) on my dad's crv so I imagine they would be fine for daily driving

quiet, nice initial bite, relatively cheap -- perfect for the DD
And by cheap I mean cheap in the states, they're nearly $80 for a set at lordco with my dad's discount. In the states they're in the $30-$50 range

Wagner Thermoquiet pads have a rebate deal right now! Wagner ThermoQuiet Brake Pads: Up to $30 Rebate on Brake Sets from Free after Rebate - RedFlagDeals.com Forums

I was originally going to order from Rockauto..but I found the same pads I needed on Amazon Canada.

R1 Concepts, google them, they make the stuff in the US. Canadians have to do phone orders, and you pay by CC over the phone.

I needed a cheaper set for a Mercedes SL and they delivered a quality item that was if not better than the OEM stuff. If you custom order the brakes you can choose what grade steel you want used, slotted or not, cross drilled or not, hubs painted etc etc.

They will be more expensive than eBay brakes, but I don't trust cheap rotors and pads.

I bought "Slotted & Drilled Rotors w/ Ceramic Pad's" from Max Advanced Brakes on Ebay for my 2003 Civic.

Had them for a few months now and there great.
