the thing is you either at moment dont have a car or if you did it was like a basic commuter car-nissan sentra.
i didnt bother texting her after that one time. i jsut deleted the number. you guys also have this feeling that you cant get her and why bother wasting time . also if you education is just college langara and some bcit and she has ubc degree or even masters with the lawyer

Yup, you're totally right, hopeless, you should probably give up and pledge to live a celibate life.

It could be daunting to know that she is better than you but if there is chemistry between the both of you and if she likes you, she probably doesn't care. There's always going to be someone smarter than you

Maybe you feel better if you go UBC and take English.

Maybe lawyer/cga like you better if can write English right way, instead of backwards.

Mustang766, dude, regardless if a chick is more educated or perceived weathier than you, who cares? It seems like you think she is better than you because she went to school and drives a nice car. So if you volunteer allot, help your family out, and pursue a career path that is not focused on monetary gains, you are inferior? Not at all dude! Life is about happiness and not just the perceived image of status/wealth. Most people are pretending to be rich anyways to look down at other people. They are the pathetic ones.

Why should it matter if you are both into one another.
She agreed to go on a date so there must be something there.

You should be happy that you found a smart successful woman, even if you are not as well off as she is, because this world seems to be filling up with women who are none of those things.

I must be alone where I would love to be a stay at home dad. Everyone holds values differently. Some people want no kids, a big paycheque and more vacations a year. I just want to be comfortable, have a nice family, and go camping a couple times in the summer.

Everyone has something to offer. Busy professional women aren't always looking for a+++ big corporate boyfriends. They want a nice guy who they can flop home to and relax. To be able to leave work at work.

I've been Romanticzing about this recently
it would be epic if down the road I was a stay at home dad.
make breakfast; pack the kids lunch, drive them to school.
go home and wrench of my project car for a few hours, pick the kids up from school and make dinner.
So awsome!

i know this is a fake account but i shall bite anyways..

the reason the relationships wont work out is because your shitty self esteem.. who cares about material objects when your personality can easily make up for it..

girls dont want betas.. and if you think you are a beta.. you probably are... again this has to do with personality.. nothing to do with material objects..

and her education should give you more reason to stick around.

one of the shittiest things in a relationship is the lack of communication because someone just isnt on the same intellectual level.. although judging by your posts it seems she could be considerably more educated and probably has better grammar skills

Based on the comprehension of your post (OP), she is probably better than you and it's a good thing you gave up.

Next time, just tell her you own a highly modified STI...but it's in the shop being tuned. She'll totally cool with giving you a ride. Then during dinner, you can show her pictures of your STI through your phone, and she might even envy it and think how inferior her 323i is
