I like my wheels but I'm starting to realize they're kind of obnoxious. Thinking about switching to a different set..Vossen CV1s, etc, or painting them black.

Would also like to lower it a bit, but lowering a G properly costs a ton. Spacers eventually as well.

why not just go with swift springs? probably cost around $300 and the ride will be pretty good. I had them on my evo for a year and they were great

I think 18's or 19's would look a billion times better, 20's are just not for G35's imo.

I can't hold this comment in any longer...

Every time I see pics of your car, it just reminds me of a typical "modified" car in surrey with chrome wheels. Especially with wheels like that at stock height.

20" chrome wheels on a 4x4 status coupe is screaming "IM FROM SURREY"...

Lowering a G is pretty much the same as lowering a Z, I don't see how it costs a ton. I bought a set of used BC coilovers 4 years ago for $700 and they are still running like new with over 80,000km on them. Add $80 for alignment, $200-$300 for installation. (I did it myself so I saved a bit there)

Yeah it isnt going to cost too much , i got my bc coils for like 800 shipped brand new and got them installed for like 250. Alignment is like 85.

Your car is one of a few that can easily pull off the gold wheel look, and do so very well. Subbie's with gold wheels is a classy, timeless look. You can't go wrong.

Although bronze would look good, I would pick the gold.

The SBC finish would look good too, providing it's still in your budget.

Wow, they filmed X-Men there? Too bad the Castle was closed during Winter, or I would have eagerly went inside.

I'd go bronze, unless the grey perfectly matches your car IMO it would look a bit odd.
