Get your yearly flu shot. What ever it takes to increase ur chances against the flu.
Im recovering from this H1N1...but god dayum was I ever hurting this week. Missed work and was bed ridden for a couple of days. Couldnt even muster the energy to get up and drink water. It was that bad.
Gonna take 1 week for this virus to run its course on my body. From now on I aint messing around with the flu.

School forced me to take the flu shot.. in a sense.. if I don''t I have to wear a mask all the time..

Was in the hospital for a month (didn't help that I had an allergic reaction to the medication, which probably kept me in there a week or two longer than I otherwise would've been there for).
