^those are quite minor.. Most of those stuff are so cheap to buy used from shit 5er e39 parts cars laying around on craigslist. That m5 seems like a great deal to me
If he's being honest about that list... it's a pretty good deal given M5 prices nowadays... despite being an earlier model... someone has spent significant time changing stuff on that car though, the steering wheel even has a black/white BMW logo and the aluminum dash parts were only an '03 thing it should have been wood trim in there.

I was the first to check out the M5 and passed on it without discussing price. There was room to negotiate for sure. It is rough. Out of province car, rusty, many panels repainted poorly, missing lots of parts, hacked up wiring, cut up exhaust, poor windshield install, zip ties and self tap screws, leaky rear shocks, coding and dme tune must have been messed up.
