Is it really that great of a deal? Average k, average price from what i've seen (although they've all been SMG). Is a 6spd that much more rare?

If this was late summer, i'd buy that M3 tomorrow. Literally.

It seriously is the best deal I've seen on an e46 M3 EVER barring any sort of hidden issues. Even if it needs some work, a clean 6 speed coupe with clean history and imola paint is a find. Any e46 m3 you have seen near that price has been a written off smg, cabriolet from the states. Its a diamond in a sea of garbage. I'm so stunned at how many e46 m3s are pure genuine fucking shit. Its crazy. I swear like 83% of them have been written off and rebuilt. Its a fucking anomaly.

If this is the M3 I think it is.. here were some serious engine/piston ring problems before (maybe fixed now?). I could be wrong though! If so nice M3, decent price :P

Definitely very hard to find any clean E46 M3s. Nearly every single one that is on local CL is convertible, SMG, and being sold at some ghetto kingsway dealership.

Owners must be hiding them in garages. Rarely see any on streets and good ones arent ever for sale.
