bcrdukes 02-29-2016 07:45 AM

S2000 prices will cool down at some point, much like the Porsche air cooled phase.

jasonturbo 02-29-2016 07:47 AM

I still want another S2000, brilliant cars, worth every penny.

Seen this car up close before. Owner is a friendly sales guy at Squamish Toyota. Won't go into too much detail but we've done work for his family before and they're all pretty straight up no bs type of people.

2004 IS300 SportDesign (Package II)
Auto
$8500

2004 Lexus IS300 Sport Design

I'd buy it if I didn't have my own. Yes, the vast majority of IS300s that were sold were auto.

This is probably a fake ad trying to brign down the price of s2ks lol. As they say, if its usually too good to be true then it probably is

e30 tax

tofu1413 02-29-2016 12:24 PM

e46 M3 6MT coupe tax.

smoothie. 02-29-2016 01:24 PM

itr tax imo

gilly 02-29-2016 01:31 PM

ae86 pretty bad too. Sold my ae86 gts hatch for 8k :lawl:

wingies 02-29-2016 03:25 PM

Initial D drift tax is the worst lol

SkunkWorks 02-29-2016 04:02 PM

Aircooled 911 tax. Whereas S2Ks and ITRs are still attainable financially, ratty 911s are 40k+. Insane.

320icar 02-29-2016 04:05 PM

I know it's not cheap, but incredibly rare and a true future collector bike. Cost over $75k usd when new. And what I personally think is the best looking road legal bike in the last few decades

Edit: already emailed. Private seller, 12,000km, Canadian bike, comes with all covers, track ECU, track exhaust and service manual

And yet nobody wants mine.. Haha

asma123 02-29-2016 08:01 PM

That e46 m3 yellow deff way overpriced.
It would be more appealing if it was mt.
I'm not sure why convertibles are so undesired. I personally love mine and can't wait till it starts getting warm to take it out. Coupe is fun and feels lighter and I can deff see why people would want them (nicer curves) but overall they're quite similar

320icar 02-29-2016 08:08 PM

I've driven an e46m3 vert and it was awesome. Fantastic open top goodness. No where to hide from the great intake and exhaust noise. But not everyone wants to deal with the possible soft top problems and a shittier visibility when the tops up

Cause it's not a hatch.

swfk 02-29-2016 10:01 PM

Watch out when the soft top motor fails. I think someone said it was something like 30+ hours of labour to replace it :lawl:

LOL this just reminds me of my friend's old e36 soft top he owned for 3 months and only had insured for 3 days. The motor was completely fubar'd and the top itself leaked so much his car was on the verge of growing its own mushrooms
