That doesn't make it a good buy. E21's are not good cars. And this comes from a former e21 owner. That's maybe a $1200 car. Aaaaand I believe that's what it was when it was sold a few months ago. Changed hands a few times and now it's $3000. Not a good buy lol

tofu1413 03-17-2016 01:30 PM

lol.

still asking 6x of what I sold it for.

The floor pan on the driver foot dead rest is crusty, one of the rear shock towers are cracked.

1995 BMW E36 M3 Coupe

i looked at this e36 m3 yesterday, its uninsured so i couldnt drive it.
owner doesnt seem to be hiding anything although idk why he posted a night pic when he says its "summer driven only"

VANOS needs to be rebuilt, vibration under throttle

Nope! Went to check it out with a friend though. Ran well actually. It was at night so didn't get to see it too well.

This made me lol so fucking hard.
Both recent e36 posts look nice.
The Dakar one: seatbelt in the back is not tucked away, ash tray is open. You may laugh, but that's signs that the owner isn't nearly as OCD as I am, and these cars need OCD owners. The seatbelt is the first thing I notice in photos of these cars.
Beautiful wheels, could easily recoup 2k from purchase price if they aren't your thing.
Black one: sounds nice, shitty ad, top of market for e36s. 95s and US car is a hit on its value, but still worth a look.

edit: After rereading your post, with a price like 16.5k, needing a vanos rebuild and a shimmy on acceleration, that price is laughable.
Another seller that thinks low mileage is more important than condition.

zilley 03-17-2016 10:59 PM

6 speed LS1 porsche 944

kinda expensive and i think its been posted before, but here it is anyway

Porsche 944 / Chev LS1

SpartanAir 03-18-2016 12:26 PM

^Yup posted before.

Renegade is a legit swap company. Looks like tasteful mods to the rest of the car too. Rollcage is a bonus.

Hard to put a price on it, but given the overall condition of the car I think this is a good buy. You're getting a hell of a car.

I dunno. Burgundy red exterior with the red interior is pretty bad too.

Renthal 03-18-2016 03:10 PM

ive had the burgundy interior supra and it does not age well at all. fades like crazy.

I keep thinking about this supra, i'm hoping the price will drop.
1989 Toyota Supra Turbo
black exterior with grey interior is much nicer

anyone think these supras will go up in value at all?

Suprarz666 03-18-2016 04:07 PM

^I don't see them going much at all.
If you can find a 92 with shadowgrey interior that might be worth a little bit more.

Renthal 03-18-2016 04:21 PM

Me thinks you looked at those pics on a phone... because on a laptop screen, there are scuffs and bumps all over the body in the pics :p

320icar 03-18-2016 06:26 PM

You're right. But what a beautiful colour combo!!!
