If legit, better deal than that 2009 one posted earlier.

2012 BMW M3 Coupe

I think I saw the aftermath of the accident, if it's the same car that is.

Asian guy in a small neighbourhood S-bend with frozen ground late at night over winter. Spun out and wall tapped off a F30 328i. Big portion of rear quarter dented. The F30's back wheel was probably 35 degrees toe in.

1994 BMW M3 euro spec Coupe (2 door) | used cars & trucks | Edmonton | Kijiji

This one was mentioned over at bcbimmers. It's one of the numbered canadian edition cars. Super rare, and well priced. I was going to go get it and I got a hold of the owner today, but it has a 14k dec on it from '06. He sent pictures - it needs some tidying up, but low miles and original. Just not the right timing for me to stash it away.

westopher 04-10-2016 06:32 PM

I personally don't think with the hit on it, that its worth stashing away unless you want to for 30 years. What I do think its worth is driving the shit out of if it was fixed properly. That would be a fucking cool car to own. I think uninjured Canadian edition cars will be worth 50k+ in 3 years when they are legal in the states though. That is if their economy doesn't crumble again by then.

Wow, looks like they raised the price to $49k. Definitely not worth it at this price.

Jesus, that's gotta be one of the rarest e60/61's I've ever seen. Great man whoever ordered a wagon in manual, bravo

westopher 04-10-2016 09:20 PM

With the dollar the way it is, you aren't getting any shipped over here for 15k, and you are paying 17-20k for any of the good ones over here. Not to mention you will have to wait about 10 months before ONE comes up for sale.
Good condition 3.2 euro specs with low milage are going to cost you closer to 30k.

vitaminG 04-10-2016 09:58 PM

^ heres a 96 that sold last week for 9k cdn. could likely be landed and inspected for around 15k. ive seen plenty others come through for similar prices

Volvo 2004 Wagon

Manual, wagon, 5-cyl. You could probably low ball them, knock a few hundred off asking price

westopher 04-11-2016 05:13 AM

That e36 is a steal! I guess when you know where to look they can be found much cheaper, but I've even looked at many auctions and so many have been 15k+ landed. Most of the ones I looked at were stock or close to stock and low mileage though.
