[Confidential] How can I improve flexibility during sex?

When I get erected, the angle of my penis and body is about 45 degrees. When pushing my penis downward to try and make 90 degrees, it gets difficult. This wasnt a problem during missionary position, but you can only do so many missionaries before me and my gf want to experiment with different positions.

Different positions such as cowgirl or doggy style usually means larger penile angles. I can barely do cowgirl without feeling pain. I read people mentioning porn has unrealistic positions because guys have their tendon cut to increase angles.

I hope I can get some enlightenment and thoughts from people about this problem.

stretches. lots and lots of stretching. side lunges, hip flexor stretches, and on and on, slowly slowly you'll find your body being able to go further week by week.

a balanced nutritional diet is usually a good idea. rather than just opting for a specific sort of diet that places emphasis on a single source
