| Where to find lobster roll in Vancouver?
Just watched an episode of You Gotta Eat Here
Now I am craving for some lobster roll. Anyone got recommendations or know where I can such deliciousness in Vancouver? |

I had one of these in Massachusetts @ Belle Isle:
Nothing has ever come close. I had a super fresh one in the Maritimes, and even that couldn't compare. If something like that can make it to the West Coast, I'd be all over it!

I had one at Joe Fortes last year during their happy hour. Wasn't anything to write home about. They were pretty cheap on the lobster pieces. I wouldn't even call them pieces, more like minced bits.
Now the one in London's Burger and Lobster...

I believe I've had a lobster roll at Yew before... wasn't that memorable, though I'm sure it was tasty cus I love that place!

I actually find it surprising you can find it in restaurants here.
Sure, it's easy in the kitchen since the heavy lifting isn't done during service.
Still costs a fortune to make.
I do mine with butter poached lobster.

I was at Subway today (on Lonsdale in North Van) and saw they have a lobster sandwich on special. 6" for $8 and 12" for $13.
