This is minor incident and not sure if you can call it vandalism, however I am sure you guys don't want those two kids to be spitting on your car.

Did OP send this video to the police? They might do something about it.
If these kids have previous offence in something else, this video could show the judge how disrespectful they can be in the public, just as a reference.

I wouldn't be surprised if they already got in trouble with the police before. Also what if those bikes were stolen? This video could be an evidence.

i'm all for avoiding scratches of course but when you park THAT far away where there's barely any foot traffic then i think you would have to worry about far more than just scratches/door dings. and less witnesses potentially. but hey if parking far away works for you, then good on ya.
