This is my car.

The car was parked there for hours as I was inside a restaurant. If you ask anyone, they will tell you that I baby and drive this car with utmost care and obey all traffic laws.

OP is trying to inform us of these 2 shady individuals and to be alert if you recognize them around. If they got balls to spit on someone's car for no reason, they'll have balls to jack your shit or mess up your car if anything. My 2 cents.

I think it's literally impossible for someone to obey all traffic laws at all times.. Unless you are that one perfect person that I've been looking for, in that case, I may need your services. Just sounds weird the way you phrased it...
