Do you think their parents are gonna care? They probably don't have good parents who value respect and discipline.

School is not a police, I don't know what kind of consequence principal can give. Frankly it happened outside of school so I don't think school can be held responsible in any way.

I'm not saying it's a bad idea, but I don't know if that would do anything.
