korean bbq with egg moat?

Does anyone know if there are any Korean BBQ places here that have an egg moat? Want to try this again after having it in Seoul.

Something like this

egg moat?

Sounds gross but probably tastes good. Not sure why it would be better than just dipping it in yolks though

I assume the purpose is not to just dip but for the egg to cook and be eaten as such

Yeah, the egg actually gets cooked in the process. You can throw in some of the side dishes they give you and cook it into the egg too.

Although the dipping idea doesn't sound bad either.

Not mine, but here's a video I found

Verdasco,

You are a Korean food connoisseur. Why don't you make a suggestion?

The eggs likely absorbs a lot of the fat from the meat. So ya, it'll likely have a ton of flavor. At the expense of your health.

That "moat" is supposed to have a hole in it to drain the huge amounts of fat/oil that come out of the meat...

It probably tastes orgasmic, but in the long run, probably not a very healthy idea lol

You could always eat the egg in the beginning, before you do a ton of meat cooking.
