I was there this morning. Some fob stopped in the middle of the aisle and sorted out her shit into luggage bags :lawl:

ZordosZZ 02-05-2015 05:20 PM

The wife just texted me from the abby target, apparently line ups are all the way to the freezer section(other side of the store from entrance/cashiers) lol. Only 10% as many others have noted

hi-revs 02-05-2015 08:48 PM

Lol. I heard about the 10$ sale. What a joke. Lol

chin3se604 02-05-2015 08:55 PM

I'm sure if people went to Walmart instead, they'd save more lol

StylinRed 02-05-2015 09:15 PM

Was in Metro just now, walked by omw to T&T, never seen that many people in Target let alone Metro :lol

Amuse 02-05-2015 11:35 PM

Good thing I did not go. I dislike lineups and crowded places when buying things now.

I was going to go to T&T in Coquitlam Centre (which is next to Target) and saw the parking lot. Fuck that shit, I'll go to Safeway.

Sometimes you think "Don't these people need to go to work?"

Probably used a vacation day so they still get paid for the day, while bargain shopping at the same time. = Profit.?? :concentrate:

It would be funny if you walk right into her luggage and step on all her things. When she complain just say YOUR ITEM HIT THE THE BUTTON OF MY SHOES!

hotjoint 02-06-2015 10:08 AM

I'm waiting till it's 70% off to start looking. Doubt i'll find anything by that time but it'll be worth it then IMO

A Target employee is standing across the street in the pissing rain holding up a target sign.

I hate when businesses degrade ppl by standing them on street corners with those signs. I've always tended to avoid them

rb 02-06-2015 02:41 PM

A jobs a job. If you ever hate your job, well just think it could be worse... you could be that guy holding the sign for hours on end.

you respect the guy doing the job for sure, but the co. are still dicks

Razor Ramon HG 02-06-2015 03:17 PM

Well, it's not like they forced him to stand out in the rain.

If you quit (vs lay off), I wonder if it affects your EI.

You don't get ei if you quit, unless your employer ticks off a different box on the form and submits your roe

StylinRed 02-27-2015 04:19 AM

went into target today for the 2nd? time since opening

in case ne1s wondering the discounts are still at 20-25%

you can get PS4s/xbox1s at 25% off the Maple Ridge target still had 2 ps4s

i wanted to see if they had any Dyson DC78s, they didn't, but I did pickup a Dyson DC61 for like $80 off so
the canister, fyi, is waaay too small vacuum about 5 stairs and it's full (it sucks like a world class escort though)

Akinari 02-27-2015 08:24 AM

Just checked out Target in Lansdowne last night. How the hell is the liquidation company expecting to liquidate everything in a timely manner when most things are still pretty damn expensive, or the same price other places always sell at?

thumper 02-27-2015 08:25 AM

the target at central city seems focused on storage bins, cheap furniture, and toilet paper for discounts...

SpeedStars 02-27-2015 10:04 AM

Was at the metro location. Looks like theyre shoving all their stock everywhere. Found some lego kits and they're..wait for it.... 30% off :alonehappy: also, if anyone is collecting minifigs, ive got 2 I can trade

thumper 03-04-2015 03:04 AM

was just reading in the vancouver sun about a leasing company wanting to buy the target leases for metrotown and oakridge, as well as a few other locations elsewhere in canada. not sure what they have planned.
