I dont know about the human enlightening... but Ive always warned of a housing crash and was predicting Sept to be the beginning of the a big crash... especially 2016 as its the Jubilee year of the Shemitah calendar.
Had anyone listened to my advice, which was sell any property and convert Canadian currency to the Ruble... they wouldve been a few years ahead in life had they been holding a good amount of saved of money.

Is this related to Trudeau in power (spending into deficit) or is this just reaction to oil, panic, China, etc.

Could Harper protect the value of the dollar any better?

Trudeau has only been in power for 2 months. Harper had been PM for 8 years.

Try again!

Stop getting drowned with all the news talking about forecasts from banks. Most forecasts end up being wrong.

Here's something a bit more meaningful to read: How low can the loonie go? A look at how to decide: Don Pittis - Business - CBC News
