I'm looking for a car that is reliable, fun to drive, stick shift, is maintained by a car guy/enthusiast, has a hatch, and is wife-approved. A vehicle that takes me from the mess that is Costco parking lots on a Sunday, to Sunday morning drives with no destination, to an evening on the town with the wife. Such a vehicle does not exist in the used market. I guess I'll just stick with my stick-shift E39. |
^ there are, but we'd need more specifics on what you want. I've been on the hunt for a Saturn Astra, auto, 4/5 door, ideally a blue or red XR with under 150k for $6-8k for a while now but no dice. Considering the 05-08 (ideally 06) Matrix as well but those tend to be more expensive. |

Hunting for: S54 Z3 M Coupe in Estoril Blue 458 Speciale Waiting for: Cayman GT4 Toyota FT1 |
1999 Mitsubishi Evolution RS in white and stock as possible. Pretty much impossible to find a stock RS. I still get a little hard for ITR's so maybe if a nice stock one comes up I'll buy one of those to limit my fucked up spending habits as of late. It's shitty but I'm thinking I'll end up putting off buying another car until I'm done school. Maybe when I'm done school I'll have a job to support a 997 GT3RS.2 hahahfuckmethatsnevergoingtohappen |

I had a Vino 125. I live in dt Van, and boy was it fun booting around on side streets with it as opposed to walking everywhere. Bought it for 1000 and sold it sadly for 750. Was around 22,000kms so it was well worn in with scratches (from PO ;)) but with gas at 1.45/litre, I could fill with a 5er and go almost all week. Sure beats taking the bus in the summer, and chicks love it! :woot2: If I had to do it all over again, I'd probably get a bergman or something similar as I always wanted to take my scooter on longer rides, but the buzziness and wind really bothered me. |

It looks like it has bucket seats, and I would prefer a sedan. A 2.6L hemi would be nice, too :) |
good condition Soarer |
Thinking about picking up a stock RX-8 as a summer car (April-September), well-maintained, low mileage, manual. Was thinking S2000, but would eat up good chunk of down payment savings and practicality doesn't seem to be there for the wife-approval factor. |
JZX100 Chaser/Mark II, 996 (yes, 996) Carrera 4S, E46 M3 manual coupe, those are what I'm lusting after right now but there's no way in hell I could buy any of those in the foreseeable future (1-1.5yrs). JZX would probably be what I'd get first though. I search for a lot of stuff, but that doesn't mean I can afford any of it. |
Looking for a volvo 140 that is in driveable shape. |
